After exploring the bustling village of Keylong and the celebrated monastery of Khardung , you head to Jispa for the night.
Zigzag through a curvy mountainous uphill road to the scenic Baralacha La Pass (4800m) and then descend to the vast and isolated plateau of Sarchu (4290m), on the border of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir states. Visit the stunning Tso Kar Lake - also known as white lake because of salt deposits found around it . You are greeted by the majestic views of t he Zanskar mountain range as you ride from Tso Kar to Leh through the Tanglang La pass (5320m) the following day. The sharp bends of the second highest pass in Ladakh provide just the adrenaline rush adventurists like you crave.
After a leisurely day spent relaxing in Leh, you will now be recharged to ride t o the highest motorable road in the world – the Khardung La P ass (5359m)! Get spectacular mountain views of the Karakoram Range. Head to the Nubr a Valley, a beautiful valle y where green vegetation contrasts with purple, yellow, and brown and where wide rivers flow between impressive mountain walls. The ever-changing hues of the P angong Tso Lake reached via the Chang La Mountain Pass welcome you next. A ride back to Leh the next morning brings y our Himalayan adventure to a close.
